Great turbo, works as advertised, holds boost right until redline. Perfect turbo setup for a daily driver; I have not lost much low end from the IS20, and the turbo pulls hard from 3500 right until redline. This is not a turbo that will shatter 60-130 records; to me it is the perfect balance of what is needed for a fast, reliable daily driver.
At first I was a little skeptical as I was positive the FR450 would not reach 450 WHP. However after getting the car pro tuned by 5150 and running on full Ethanoo I was able to reach 420 WHP on a dyno jet and any more would really get me into some trouble. The car pulls very hard all the way to 7k and I’m very happy with the purchase, glad I didn’t go bigger!
