COVID-19 Update

As with many manufacturers across the globe, we are experiencing issues with acquiring raw materials, labor shortages, and shipping backlogs.

In stock items typically ship out of our warehouse within 1 to 2 business days.

If an item is out of stock or built-to-order, we will contact you before processing your payment and finalizing your order to inform you of the anticipated ship date.

If you wish to cancel an order after it has been finalized, a 10% processing fee is applied to cover non-refundable credit card merchant fees.

 

To the HPA Family,

These are interesting times and I’m sure many of your daily lives will be affected in one way or another by the COVID-19 Coronavirus. We just wanted to give you an update on HPA Motorsport’s plans during this time.

First thing off the bat, we are open for business and ready to support you during our regular business hours. Our Speedshop and Dyno lab are open Monday to Friday 9-5PM PST and as always you can find us 24 / 7 at HPA Motorsports.com. That being said, while normally we love hosting visitors in our showroom, planning project cars, and hearing about your adventures on the road; at this time, we are asking our local clients to heed the advice of our public health officials and limit your face to face interactions. Therefore, we are accepting visitors by appointment only to drop off/pick up cars and parts. If you are in need of urgent repairs we will do our best to service your car while following sanitising protocols.

During these challenging times, it’s important for us to stay vigilant in minimizing the spread of COVID-19 to our friends, loved ones, and in our communities. Keeping our families safe is paramount. Our fabrication team, technicians, engineering department, fulfillment and sales team have reviewed all the precautions necessary to prevent the spread of COVID-19 and have conducted internal training to ensure they are practising social distancing and sanitisation guidelines both at work and at home. 

As many of you know, we pride ourselves in manufacturing and sourcing most of our performance parts from North America. Our key partners, KW Suspension and HRE Wheels are also up and running and able to fill orders from their California warehouses. That being said, in one or two cases some of our parts do include components that have been affected by delays in the supply chain. If this is the case with one of your orders, we will be in touch to advise you should there be any delays in normal fulfillment timelines. Some of these delayed subcomponents are already starting to trickle in so our team is currently hard at work filling back orders.

Over the last thirty years, we have managed through many unforeseen world events, this one has an unprecedented global reach, but we have confidence in our team and their ability to create and deliver the products our clients count on to find peace and enjoyment under the most challenging times – after all, what better way to de-stress than to tinker in your garage or enjoy a sporty drive!
