Note:
You will need an HPA ONEPort to install this flash file. The ONEPort, is an OBD-II to USB device, allows the end user to extract critical ECU ID information, which can then be e-mailed to us for analysis and modification. Once a specific tune file is completed here in our offices, the updated file is then e-mailed back to the customer for upload into the vehicle. This process can take 1 to 2 business days and in some cases longer depending on your file version. Please contact us once you've made your purchase.
Each ONEPort device can only be paired to an individual VIN number, and therefore is owned by the user once purchased (it is not a loaner tool). However, the ONEPort can also be used for DSG / S-tronic programming in the same vehicle, if applicable.

First off, I need to praise the customer service. It's better than the competition by far. The knowledgeable staff member answered all of my questions and concerns in a timely manner, & was always courteous & well mannered. I can't stress this enough! If I am spending my hard earned money I would expect politeness and courtesy, however while I initially started shopping for a tune that fit my needs I came across many other brand name tuners that didn't see me as a person, but rather just another dollar sign & treated me that way. Therefore, when I was treated with respect & the sales rep was empathetic to my concerns I was immediately sold on the customer oriented culture HPA represented. This was huge because I deployed before purchasing my software & did not finalize the sale until the following year. The rep picked up immediately were we left off and that was huge, because it inspired confidence in the company & the products. Now onto the tune. I recommend getting a boost gauges prior to getting the tune, simply because its necessary to appreciate the leap in power your vehicle makes with just the software upload. Upon purchasing my Audi I invested a lot into hardware & even though it felt quick I really had no clue what my performance data looked like. Once the P3 gauges was installed I could recall peak boost and data log my cars performance. Still stock, the car would peak at 11.5 PSI at wide open throttle. The car had no bite after 4500rpm. After the stage 1 tune, my car was at 19.5 psi at wide open throttle & showed no signs of letting up at 6000rpm. For the first time since owning my car, I was nervous, scared, excited, & surprised. I've owned a liter superbike, a 12 second DSM & a highly tuned drift happy IS300 so I know a thing or two about being nervous at WOT. I didn't feel like I was in a rocket being pushed back into my seat, but on the contrary, the car was just incredibly smooth, I didn't even notice at how fast I had been going. Testing out the stage 1 tune has been very pleasant. Overtaking others on the highway is now a non issue with the power response, even while in cruise control. I've enjoyed the stage 1 tune so much that I cant wait to install the stage 2 with upgraded intake manifold & downpipe. I highly recommend it & the best part about it is the MPG. I don't know how but I'm actually using less fuel for the same amount of driving I was doing pre tune. I know this because I had to fill up my tank a full two days later than normal. This alone has made the return on investment worth it.
